Institution

Javier founded 3 institutions of psychoanalysis that are articulated with each other. The first, Fundación Salto, in Argentina, stands as the epistemic production leg of the tripod. Javier proposed there that the method of psychoanalysis be clearly differentiated from that with which mental health operates. The second, Salto, Psicoanálisis, Cultura & Sociedad, in Spain, is made up of the clinical aspect. There, he proposes a necessary distance in, and between, the cultural and the social, as a principle of differentiation of elements, apparently, already naturalized. The third, Lacanian Encounter Association of Psychoanalysis, in the United States, is presented as the political leg. In this institution, he bets, from the blurred boundary that appears between human and artificial life, on a single human settled in the future.
